Breinhap

For the 3rd year of secondary school in Flanders

Learning in small bites.

Breinhap helps you get started. You say how much time you have. The app picks one short mission of 2 to 6 minutes. Calm, predictable, no time pressure.

Made with and for students with ADHD and AuDHD. Good for everyone.

Made for how your brain works

What helps with ADHD and AuDHD helps everyone. So this is simply how the app works, not a special mode.

  • Starting is easy

One button: “I have 5 minutes”. The app chooses. Start with 2 minutes if that's what you have.

  • Always the same 4 steps

Warm up, Learn, Do, Check. You know how long it takes and what comes next.

  • Time you can see

Time as a bar that shrinks. Deadlines as “two more sleeps”.

  • Calm mode

Soft colours, nothing that flashes or moves, no sounds. Light or dark theme.

  • Read aloud and large text

Every explanation can be read aloud. Text can always be made larger.

  • No streaks, no shame

There is nothing to lose. Skipped a day? Welcome back, one easy mission.

How the content is made

AI helps write. A person decides. AI never grades you and never decides what you know.

  1. Learning goal

    From your school's curriculum.

  2. AI draft

AI writes a first version: explanation, examples, questions.

  3. Reviewed

A person checks everything and removes mistakes.

  4. Content pack

Only then does it go into the app.

  5. Your mission

Scores and reviews follow fixed rules, not AI.

Safe and private

  • No ads. No tracking. We never sell data.
  • We never ask for a diagnosis.
  • You sign in with your ASafariM account. No password needed: a code by email, or a passkey.
  • Your data stays in the European Union.
  • AI never sees your name, school or timetable.
  • You can delete your account and all your data, in the app or on this website.

For parents and teachers

Breinhap belongs to the student. Later, a student can choose to share a short summary with a parent or teacher: what was done this week, never every answer. Sharing can always be stopped.

Questions

When is Breinhap available?

We are testing with a small group of students first. Then the app comes to Google Play, on Android first.

Is it only for students with ADHD or AuDHD?

No. It is designed with them in mind, but it works for anyone who finds it hard to start or keep studying.

Does it follow my curriculum?

That is the goal. Content follows the learning goals of the 3rd year. Curricula differ by school network and track; we start with maths and biology.

What does it cost?

Breinhap is free during the test. There will never be ads.

Who makes Breinhap?

Breinhap is a project by ASafariM in Belgium.
